Before treatment
We will review your facial anatomy, skin condition, listen to your concerns and discuss your suitability for treatment.
Treatment
Tiny injections are delivered to specific facial muscles. The treatment is exceptionally well tolerated with very mild discomfort.
Following treatment
You will be able to continue with most normal activities. We will fully discuss your aftercare, including avoiding touching and rubbing the area, and avoiding intense exercise for 24 hours.
Results
Usually visible over a few days and fully seen within two weeks.

What to Expect on Your Treatment Day
Before treatment
We will carry out a detailed assessment of your facial anatomy, skin condition listen to your concerns and discuss your suitability for treatment, a detailed history of past treatment and any medical conditions will be noted.
Treatment
Filler treatment can be done during a single appointment, a small amount of product is injected into the desired area. There is no specific downtime however some mild bruising, redness or tenderness at the injection site may occur, any such symptoms should resolve fully within a week after injection into the lip and up to two weeks for other areas that require more volume. Treatment time is typically around 60 minutes.
Following treatment
We recommend that you avoid touching the area or apply too much pressure for at least 6 hours after the procedure. It is important to also avoid extreme heat or cold. You will be given detailed after care advice at the time of your appointment, we also provide any after care support that is required.
Results
Following treatment your skin will appear smoother with the reduced appearance of lines and wrinkles. A softer and more hydrated appearance will be seen as well as a more defined and contoured appearance to certain treatment areas.
Maintenance
Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are non-permanent and naturally break down over a period of time, treatment will usually last approximately 9-18 months, this can vary between patient.

Vitamin B12 Injections
Vitamin B12 plays a vital role in brain function and the production of DNA and red blood cells.
B12 deficiency is common particularly in elderly people because the ability to absorb B12 decreases with age. Vegetarians or people who have a vegan diet can also sometimes have a B12 deficiency, as B12 is naturally found in meat. The absorption of vitamin B12 depends upon a protein in your stomach called intrinsic factor which binds to B12 so that it can be absorbed. People who lack sufficient intrinsic factor will have a B12 deficiency as they are unable to absorb B12, which results in pernicious anaemia.
People at risk of deficiency also include those who have had intestinal surgery, and those who have conditions that affect the stomach and intestinal tract such as Crohn's, ulcerative colitis or coeliac disease. Certain medications can also lead to reduced absorption of B12. Vitamin B12 injections are very effective in treating a deficiency. The injections are prescribed and given into muscle.
